1 Definitions

"Platform" means the babo88 website, mobile browser interface, and all services accessible at babo88.im. "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform. "Funds" means real-money balances deposited by the Player. "Bonus Funds" means non-withdrawable promotional credits added to an Account subject to wagering requirements. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it may be withdrawn. "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures. "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use babo88 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You have not been excluded from any gambling service, nor are you subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with babo88.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of babo88 or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of any such person.
• You are registering with truthful, accurate, and complete personal information.

babo88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by babo88 may result in Account suspension or closure.

3 Account Opening & Verification (KYC)

Each player may open one (1) Account only. Opening duplicate Accounts — including using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where babo88 detects duplicate Accounts, all such Accounts will be closed, remaining balances forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled without recourse.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, babo88 requires successful completion of KYC verification. You may be asked to provide:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the past 90 days showing your registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation that the deposit payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) belongs to you.
• Source of Funds: For large withdrawals, babo88 may request evidence of the source of funds used for deposits.

KYC documents submitted to babo88 are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.

4 Deposits

babo88 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and account tier and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly forbidden.
• Deposits are credited to your babo88 Account in real time or within a maximum of 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
• babo88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your payment provider before depositing.
• In the event that a deposit is credited in error (duplicate transaction, technical fault), babo88 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous credit after notifying the Player.
• If babo88 suspects that a deposit originates from fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised funds, the deposit will be frozen pending investigation and may be reversed. The Account will be suspended during the investigation period.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 5–15 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank): 1–3 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on issuing bank.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawals held until verification is satisfactorily completed. babo88 does not charge withdrawal fees; amounts received may differ due to your payment provider's own fees. babo88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing large withdrawals. Withdrawals may be delayed if babo88 suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

babo88 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are added to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 50x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. The exact requirement is stated on each individual offer page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%; some games may contribute 0%. Full contribution tables are displayed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated on the offer (typically 7–30 days).
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• babo88 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel it entirely at any time without prior notice.
• Systematic or coordinated bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated betting scripts, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in forfeiture of deposited Funds where fraud is determined.

7 Gameplay Rules & Betting

All games available on the babo88 Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems where applicable, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and must be read prior to play.

• It is the Player's responsibility to ensure they understand the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.
• babo88 will not be liable for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• In sports betting, bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting body. babo88 follows standard industry rules for void bets, abandoned matches, and disputed outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during gameplay (server error, disconnection, game crash), babo88's internal transaction logs are the definitive record of the bet outcome. Where a round cannot be completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• babo88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of an obvious technical error in displayed odds or game parameters.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the babo88 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately suspended, balances frozen pending investigation, and may be permanently banned:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised means (including stolen payment details or bank account details not belonging to the Player).
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or with any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected technical error may be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the babo88 Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true identity or location.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at babo88 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

babo88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your Account settings. Limit increases take 7 days to come into effect; decreases are applied immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a rolling period to prevent unintended spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of continuous play.

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works based on babo88 content without prior written permission.
• Use the babo88 brand name or logo in any commercial context, advertising, or social media in a manner that could imply endorsement without written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, babo88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's gambling decisions, including losses resulting from a poor understanding of game rules or odds.
• Indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside babo88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network failures, power cuts, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party payment system downtime.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's own failure to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Loss of data or content uploaded or transmitted by the Player.

In all cases where babo88 is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability of babo88 to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

babo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion.
• A legal or regulatory requirement.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after all outstanding checks are completed. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, babo88 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation or legal proceedings.

14 Amendments to These Terms

babo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, babo88 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. babo88 operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and efficiently.

In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact babo88 Customer Support at [email protected] with a full written description of the complaint. babo88 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (BST). If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication with babo88 Customer Support within 30 days, the Player may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as notified by babo88.

babo88's records and transaction logs shall be the primary evidence in any dispute unless there is clear and compelling evidence to the contrary. Players agree that babo88's decision on game outcomes, as determined by server-side logs, is final and binding absent manifest error.
